Do members need to download anything from an app store?
No. ZappFit is a progressive web app. Members open your gym's link in their phone browser and add it to the home screen. It then opens full screen with its own icon, like any other app.
Does it work on iPhone and Android?
Yes. It installs from Safari on iPhone and iPad, and from Chrome or other browsers on Android. Owners can install the portal on Windows, Mac or a front desk tablet.
Can I run more than one branch?
Yes. Each branch has its own desk, timetable and members, and owners can switch between branches or see totals across all of them.
What happens to my existing member list?
We import it for you during setup, including plans and expiry dates, so renewals start working from day one.
Can the app carry my gym's brand?
Yes. The member app shows your gym's name, logo and colours, and the home screen icon is yours.
Who supports it after launch?
